Quality Checking Services

Quality Checker Michael from Pro-Active Community joined people living at one of Active Prospects UK supported living services to talk to them, and chat with staff.

Checking for all aspects of safety, comfort, compliance and of course ambiance, cleanliness and a feeling of being a happy place to live and be at home.

It is very important support providers work closely with experts who have lived experience of supported living, like Michael, who can share their insights, recommendations and honest opinions.

Michael has given valuable feedback in his report to Angella Chimenya-Garande Head of Quality at Active Prospects, and high praise to the staff team and their manager.

This is a highly skilled process and all Checkers are provided with training and of course it is a paid role.
