Joining Pro-Active Community Chair Leanne, and member Emma Jane with her staff Tina at the launch of a new book title for Beyond Words.

Co-producing these new titles is such an important part of the content being suitable, accessible, relative and beneficial for people who don’t read words to tell stories, but prefer to talk about the pictures they can see. So useful for staff to discuss difficult topics too.

London trains, underground and navigating, Leanne led the way today which was a really great development.

Thank you to Emily, Emily, Kate, Nigel and Baroness Sheila Hollins, illustrator Lucy Bergonzi and the whole Beyond Words team, for an excellent opportunity to share the process of creating a new edition, and to do a book club read of the new title.
