Pro-Active AGM and Business Plan

On Wednesday 23rd October, the Pro-Active Community met and held their Annual General Meeting. It was a successful meeting with several important topics on the agenda, such as reviewing this year’s actions, reviewing policies and agreeing on who will take on each role for 2019/2020. Through a fair voting system, it was agreed that Lizzie will be the new Chair. Michael F will be the Co-chair. Leanne will be Treasurer and Michael M will be the Secretary. Pat, who held the Chair position for two years, will act as a mentor and help the Chair and Co-chair with their duties and responsibilities. Edward, a current member of Active Prospects’ board, and Nicki Fraser joined the meeting with an interest to become board members for the Pro-Active Community. We are delighted to confirm that they will be members along with Jade Vallance, Lizzie, Alan B, Michael M, and Leanne.

There are really big things ahead for this outstanding team for 2020. The Community continues to grow and they are making a bigger impact than ever, making sure they all get their voice heard.
